Terms Of Usage For Public Clubs/Rooms Provided By moove

  • General terms

At the time being, moove provides the moove online members with moove-owned rooms - so called "public clubs/rooms" - that are free of charge and meant for meeting and chatting. These public clubs/rooms are part of a moove house and the same technical rules apply to this house as to any house run by moove online members. This means that the public clubs/rooms will not appear on the community page if the respective owner is not logged in. moove reserves the right to open or close the clubs/rooms at any given time. The clubs/rooms may also be used for testing purposes by moove employees at certain times.

  • Rights
moove provides the public clubs/rooms free of charge at this time - the rooms are not covered by Membership fees, they are a free extra. Therefore, no claim can be laid on the use of the public clubs/rooms in moove online.

  • Obligation
Members visiting the public clubs/rooms (as with any other rooms) oblige not to converse in a manner that can be viewed as harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, hateful, racially objectionable, or otherwise unlawful. Unfortunately, as in any other social environment, there will always be people who seek their personal enjoyment in harassing and disturbing other members. moove will not tolerate this kind of behavior. We will always try to contact such members first and do our best to give them a second chance. If the harmful behaviour persists, however, moove reserves the right to enforce a temporary or permanent ban from any or all public rooms. To be able to verify any such harmful behaviour, moove is keeping copies of the logfiles of the public clubs/rooms.
