Scout clubs are listed in the community navigation bar to the left.
Scouts
are particularly committed moove online members that want to help
other members find their way around moove online. They listen to other
members and help at any time. If members have bigger problems, a scout
will redirect them to the respective moove departments:

A scout should be familiar with moove, interested in helping newbies, at
least 14 years old, a member for more than eight weeks.The
scout starts off with the bronze scout medal and receives an initial
number of 50 points.
Depending on the number of points the color of the medal will change.
For every member that recommends that scout as very helpful, the scout
will receive 30 points.
If the scout has 100 points, he/she will receive the silver scout medal.
If he/she has 200 points, the Gold scout medal will be awarded. About
300 points the premium medal will be awarded. A scout ranking (under
BestOf) will show the scouts in descending order,
sorted by points.

Autonomy
Scouts are neither employees nor representatives of the company
moove. They must never act as representatives or perform
anything on behalf of moove.

Behavior
Scouts must at all times behave in a socially acceptable
manner. moove will never be held responsible for the behavior
of scouts. Scouts
are able to answer support requests by users. They have to reply
properly and politely. And
also keep in mind that the support board is not meant for
private messages.

The opinions given by scouts do not necessarily represent
those of moove.

Scouts must be friendly and helpful to every visitor.

should always act neutrally towards new,
unknown users.
To
enable visitors to reach a scout room all the time, a scout is not
allowed to lock the scout room or protect it by password. For
private purposes, the scout room can be closed by clicking on
"Close Club" on the first community page. To
