All accepted contestants get Contestant & Designer medals and 10,000

Every member can take part. This contest has three categories:
1) Carnival Mood - show your gorgeous decorations.
2) Carnival Costumes - show dress up or masquerade.
3) Carnival Celebration - show party time.
